Biinyxios Terms of Service (TOS)

50% of the total payment must be made before any work is started as a down payment.

If the client is purchasing a Commission Token, 100% of the total payment must be made before any work is started.

All payments will be in USD, when making payments, you are responsible to pay the correct amount otherwise the commission will be paused until the correct amount is paid.

Rush order fees are an additional 50% of the total price.

Any tips made are NON REFUNDABLE.

Failure to pay without proper communication will result in TERMINATION of the commission and possible BLACKLISTING.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any given time.

When providing details on what you would like for your commission, please be as detailed as possible! Provide sketches, reference images, anything descriptive to provide the artist with as much information as possible; the more information I'm able to obtain the better services I can provide you~ NO AI REFERENCES!

During the commission, the client will be kept in contact with WIPs and check ins. This is especially crucial while in the sketching and base colour stages.

During the sketching phase, any changes requested will be free.

During the base colour stage, the client may make up to THREE minor changes, any beyond that may be charged.

During the Finalization stage, any changes made will be an additional $10 per change made.

If a cancellation is made on behalf of the client during the sketching or base colour stages, 50% of the payments made will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made on behalf of the client beyond the base colour stage, there will be NO REFUNDS.

If a cancellation is made on behalf of the artist during any stage, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

Please make sure to have clear communication with me so that I may provide you with a product you love, your satisfaction means everything to me!

When the commission has been completed, the client will receive the original file and any required file sizes via email. As a bonus, the client will receive a FREE Glazed version of their commission to post stress free on any platform to protect my art from being stolen by AI.

The artist reserves all rights to the commission, the client reserves personal rights unless commercial rights are purchased.

Commercial use fee will be 50% of the total price of the commission and must be paid to the artist.

NO redistributing the commission without proper credit to the artist. Must be a tag, link or full artist name clearly written out.

ABSOLUTELY NO feeding my art into any AI!! Failure to protect your commission will result in a blacklist. If you would like to post your commission on any platform that has an AI that scrapes art PLEASE use the Glazed version of your commission provided to you! META, FACEBOOK, THREADS, INSTAGRAM and TWITTER all have AI that scrapes art.
